Things worth checking first
A note is not appearing on my other device
The notes sync through your own iCloud Drive, so they move when iCloud does. Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account on both devices, and that Settings → your name → iCloud → iCloud Drive is on, with SelfSyncMe enabled. A note that is still arriving is shown in the list with its name and opens once it lands.
Two devices edited the same note
Nothing is discarded. The most recent version keeps the note's name, and the other
one is saved beside it as Note (conflict …).md, an ordinary note you can
open and merge by hand.
The calendar is empty
Calendar access is asked for the first time you use it. If it was declined, iOS will not ask again — turn it on in Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → SelfSyncMe. Full access is needed to write time blocks back.
The AI assistant does nothing
It needs a provider and an API key of your own, set in the app's AI settings. Without a key it stays quiet rather than failing.
Where your notes are
Files app → iCloud Drive → SelfSyncMe. They are plain Markdown and yours to copy, back up or move elsewhere at any time.
